We will pass and pause through region of the medieval village of Torrechiara dominated by its romantic castle. For sure the most spectacular amidst the Castles of the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza and Northern Italy… Dating back to 1448 DC, built by Sir Pier Maria Rossi for his lover Bianca Pellegrini…

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Tour
Transfer to the Province of Reggio to admire a real 300 year old “Acetaia” with its barrels of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar – in fact our destination is the oldest in the region. You’ll learn the difference between the “real thing” and the balsamic condiments that you usually find in the supermarkets…Tasting session of 3 vintage Balsamico at the end of the visit.

The package includes: Foreign language speaking authorized guide, guided visit to a Parmigiano-Reggiano dairy with final tasting, picture stop at the Castle of Torrechiara, guided visit to a Prosciutto di Parma producer, guided visit to a “Colli di Parma” winery with final tasting/lunch of typical products and dishes (including the wines produced by the winery).
