Beyond the trail… we stop off for Lunch
For lunch: rich tasting* of typical products as a first course followed by gourmet cuisine, in a fascinating vineyard of DOC wines “Colli di Parma”.

You’ll taste a fine selection of gourmet appetizers and regional home made fresh pasta disces, typical handmade desserts and cakes with coffee to finish the lunch.

A beautiful finish to the day

We travel across the farmlands to the Province of Reggio to admire a real 100 year old “Acetaia” with its barrels of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar – in fact our destination is the oldest in the area.
You’ll learn the difference between the “real thing” and the balsamic condiments that you usually find in the supermarkets…Tasting session of 3 vintage Balsamico at the end of the visit.
