LOST & FOUND
Passengers can fill the online form on the airport’s website or send a fax to +39 02 74863018 describing their lost item, the date and the place that it was lost with their contact information (phone, e-mail).
If the item is found, the Airport will contact back.
For items lost in the airplane, please, contact with your airline.

FAST TRACK
It is a premium service to all passengers that want to access quickly to the security check and the boarding area in Malpensa Airport.

TAX REFUND
At Malpensa Airport, non-EU citizens can refund VAT taxes of their purchases.

PASSENGERS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
All airlines provide reduced mobility assistance for passengers.
Please contact your airline to request this service prior to arriving at the airport or when you book your flight. You should also advise your airline if you intend to take your own mobility aid such as a wheelchair or scooter.
Sala Amica
Passenger assistance requirements are passed by the airline to Sala Amica, the Malpensa Airport reduced mobility service provider who will assist the passenger for the entire stay in the airport premises and during clearance of all the necessary airport formalities.
On arrival at Malpensa Airport, passengers can either use one of the Sala Amica phones located at the terminal entrances to gain assistance or go directly to their check in desk and inform airline staff during their check in that they have requested assistance, at which point a representative from Sala Amica will arrive to provide assistance.

Other services
All attended car parks at Malpensa have space reserved for disabled passengers.
Malpensa has a sight impaired path layout with yellow rubber guides installed on the terminal floor with relief codes to indicate directions, obstacles and dangers.
Toilet facilities for travellers and visitors with disabilities are located throughout the terminals.
VIP SERVICE
At Mapensa Airport there are available concierge services for both arriving and departing passengers.

In Malpensa Terminal 1, Sheraton Milan Malpensa Hotel offers hourly rooms and also it is up for overnight stays.
