Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Tour
A beautiful finish to the day
We transfer across the farmlands to the Province of Reggio to admire a real 300 year old “Acetaia” with its barrels of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar – in fact our destination is the oldest in the area.
You’ll learn the difference between the “real thing” and the balsamic condiments that you usually find in the supermarkets…Tasting session of 3 vintage Balsamico at the end of the visit.

The tour includes: Foreign language speaking authorized tour guide, guided visits to a Parmigiano-Reggiano dairy, picture stop at the Castle of Torrechiara, guided visit to a Prosciutto di Parma producer, guided visit to a Traditional Balsamic producer (all visits with final tastings).
